Enough is enough...

I do not remember the last time I cried for my country. I never even in my worst nightmares thought I would be crying for my nation with such a horrible pain besieged in my heart. I cry not because so many people were killed or that so many brave Jawans and NSG soldiers sacrificed their lives, but I cry because it is taking a lot more time for the ORDINARY men and women in the government to initiate any substantial effort to prevent another incident like this from happening.

What on earth is going to motivate these thick-skinned politicians who are no more a part of our country than I am, to wake up and look around. To realize that it is the same country that they were born on. One that they would have vowed to protect and do anything it would take to keep it safe, at least once in their lifetimes. Well now the question is pretty simple isn’t it, were we deceiving our bloody souls, were we be unfaithful to our parents, our friends, our relatives, or were we just plain and simple stupid? Little do these SERVANTs of the nation realize that they have not only let down the people of India, but also their parents their relatives, their kids and their husbands and wives by not serving their motherland.

But blaming the politicians alone is not going to solve the problem. I strongly believe that whatever happens to every single person is because of him/her being a magnet to that sort of a situation in some form or the other. It seems a very insane thing to say, but if we do a little bit of thinking and at the same time be 100% honest with ourselves while doing so, then we would 99 times out of 100 agree to the fact that we deserved whatever has happened to us. Fact is, more than 95 out of 100 people would not be truthful to themselves simply because they have their ego blocking them from doing so or other selfish or good reasons to be so. But what good are we to the nation than these bloody politicians if we are not ready to live life the right way rather than the easier way? That is precisely the attitude these silly politicians have, the difference being they are at a higher position and hence the fruits (poisonous ones) that they reap are far bigger and sexier than the ones that we ordinary people do…

So…. I’d like to urge every single Indian to wake up and WANT a change to happen from the bottom of their hearts and keep that feeling of anger or sorrow until we see steady progress made and positive change happening. Americans wanted change to happen, Obama promised them that and hopefully will deliver it but that does not concern us at this moment in time. Our biggest concern is, we need a new way of thinking in this country where every single Indian should know what is happening in the nation for eg. - who is doing good and who is not. The country should be able to bring out and put to justice anti-social elements without any delay and flush out any unnecessary elements thereby cleaning our nation and forming a system where every single Indian is entitled to equal rights.

What can be done…? Well for starters, every single Indian needs to think that our country is the best and should WANT from the bottom of their heart that our country will improve in every possible way and become a nation that other nations follow and seek advice from.
